Secretary's Award - Laurie Flaherty, Coordinator for the National 911 Program, was honored by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security with a "Unity of Effort" award for her work with the Emergency Communications Division of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency; in recognition of outstanding efforts to significantly improve efficiency and effectiveness across the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Laurie was the only non-DHS employee included in this recognition.
